  • On the Free plan the account closes on its own after 6 months or when the credits run out.

How to get it

  1. Create an AWS account and choose the Free or paid plan.
  2. Get $100 at sign-up.
  3. Complete the service activities, such as a prompt in the Amazon Bedrock playground, to earn up to $100 more.
  4. Track the balance in Billing.

On the Free plan there are no charges unless you switch to a paid plan yourself; some services are paid-plan only.
